Mary Huntly

Executive Director

Mary Huntly is the Executive Director and owner of Trinity House Calls, a healthcare practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering a blend of in-office and mobile medical services. With licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Mary Huntly offers a calm, experienced approach to patient care, grounded in clinical expertise and practical leadership.

Her career spans various areas within healthcare, each contributing to the depth of her experience. She has managed hospice programs, overseen an Alzheimer’s group home, and directed a hormone therapy clinic. Additionally, she has operated a family medicine practice and led a mobile healthcare business. These roles have enabled her to serve patients at various life stages and in diverse health situations, while also managing the operational responsibilities necessary to run efficient and effective care models.

She works with patients of all ages and backgrounds, treating both everyday health concerns and more serious, chronic issues. Her background in wound care includes treatment for surgical wounds, diabetic ulcers, and pressure injuries. With each case, she emphasizes the importance of healing, early intervention, and preventive measures to support overall health.

Before founding her practice, she worked for the Department of Defense for four years, during which she held a top-secret security clearance. This experience taught her the importance of integrity, attention to detail, and trust—qualities that continue to shape her approach to leadership and patient care.

At Trinity Family Practice, she leads a team that offers preventive screenings, wellness exams, immunizations, and ongoing management of chronic diseases. Patients are also treated for sudden illnesses, minor injuries, infections, and allergic reactions. Services are provided in the office, through telehealth, or via mobile visits, ensuring flexibility and access for individuals with varying needs.

Her clinic also offers lab services, medication management, sports and school physicals, as well as testing for STDs and UTIs. She and her team help patients navigate the full healthcare journey, including care coordination with specialists when necessary.

A strong focus of her practice is geriatric care. With experience in memory support and cognitive assessments, she works closely with older adults facing conditions such as dementia, arthritis, or heart disease. The practice supports seniors through fall prevention plans, nutrition guidance, chronic condition management, and caregiver support, aiming to preserve independence and improve quality of life.

She is also involved in transitional care for patients moving from the hospital to home. Her team creates detailed discharge plans, reviews medications for accuracy and potential interactions, and provides education to patients and their caregivers. These services help reduce the risk of readmission and create a safer path to recovery.

She became a Registered Nurse in 1999 and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2018. These credentials represent the foundation of a career dedicated to serving patients, both in clinical settings and through leadership roles.

Outside of her work, she also prioritizes her health in her personal life. In 2023, she completed the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas. A decade earlier, in 2013, she finished the Iron Girl triathlon, which included swimming, cycling, and running. These accomplishments reflect her dedication to wellness and serve as an example for those she supports.

Mary Huntly was raised in Kilmaley, a rural village in County Clare, Ireland, where she grew up on a family farm. The values she learned early—responsibility, persistence, and humility—continue to shape her leadership and service. Through Trinity House Calls, Mary Huntly remains committed to delivering care that is thoughtful, steady, and grounded in years of firsthand experience.
